A Challenge

I've known about NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month--http://www.nanowrimo.org/ ) for several years now, but never been able to participate. Now I can.
Both success and failure in this venture terrify me. Hopefully public accountability will provide the necessary motivation to succeed.
For the uninitiated, NaNoWriMo is to encourage wannabe writers to just get something out on paper. Really, the only way to get 50,000 words written in 30 days is not to worry too much about editing or coherency. The idea is that at the end of the month if you're brilliant you have a novel, and if you're a normal person, you've just written a hell of a lot and hopefully, given some wicked good editing, you have something actually worth reading.
Here goes.

All stories contained herein are true unless otherwise specified. Sometimes I will take artistic liberties with dialogue, timeline, or small details; it is all for the sake of the story flow, or emphasis. The stories themselves are true. Most of the photos I use are from the Google. If I know who actually took the picture, I'll say so. Only a small number are mine.
